This policy explains how Santrix Enterprise Solutions FZE ("Santrix", "we") handles personal data in connection with our website, santrixerp.com.
The most important point first
Santrix ERP is an on-premise product. It is installed on your own server and your business data — customers, invoices, payroll, documents — stays inside your organisation. We do not host it and we do not have access to it. This policy therefore covers only the information handled through this marketing website.
What we collect
- Enquiries you send us. When you email us or use a contact link, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Basic technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) that any website receives, used to keep the site secure and working.
- Local preferences. Small settings your browser stores locally (for example a remembered UI choice). These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange a demonstration or trial.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site or respond to you (for example our email provider), and only as needed. We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it.
Your rights
